This early engineering sample of the Mobile Pentium II come in a MMC-1 package. Based on the Klamath core, you can see an engineering sample of the tag ram controller on the back side with two 5.5 ns cache chip. Featuring 512 KB of L2 cache at half the speed of the core (116 Mhz for this sample), this sample were produced the same week than the official launch (April 6th, 1998)
